.  CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 48 BUSINESS HOURS OF PLACEMENT.

DECORATION SPECIFICATIONS

• All apparel will be embroidered on the left chest with the selected Orrstown Bank Logo unless there is a brand logo on the left.  We will embroider the logo on the right chest.
• The embroidery design will be sewn in the approved logo colors only.
• Jackets with pockets on the left chest may prohibit embroidery.  We will embroider the logo on the right chest.
• Busy Bee Embroidery reserves the right to adjust the size of the personalization to fit appropriately in the space allowed on the garment.
• Accessories are embroidered as shown.
• Logos displayed on items are for visual representation only.  All embroidery will be sewn according to your company’s specifications in accordance to industry standards to fit properly on your item.

PRODUCTION SCHEDULE:

• We make every effort to produce and ship orders within two weeks of receiving the order.  

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

• If you order items that are discontinued or out of stock, we will notify you for further direction.  We reserve the right to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value at no additional cost to you.

SHIPPING:

• Orrstown Bank's ordering cycle ends at the close of business every Wednesday.   All orders will be fulfilled within 7 to 10 business days after the close of business on Wednesday, assuming there is adequate stock available to reach the embroiderer in time to fulfill the order.  Orders will be delivered to Orrstown Bank for distribution weekly.
